Penn Law convenes William Burke-White, leading expert on U.S. foreign policy and international law; Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein, professor of Practice of Law and Human Rights; Philip Nichols, professor of Russian and European studies; and Victoria Kaplan, LLM’15 of Ukraine and associate in Dechert’s global finance group, for an expert briefing on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
