Join us for an in-depth review of the past year’s developments in law and technology. Penn Carey Law faculty will discuss recently decided cases, newly enacted and pending legislation, and other major changes to the legal landscape affecting innovation and related fields. Topics for discussion range from the continuing impact of AI on legal practice and substantive areas of law to antitrust and industrial policy issues (including the cases against Amazon and Google in the United States to newfound concern about industrial policy in the European Union), the U.S. Copyright Office’s recent report around digital replicas and voice clones, FCC issues, and more.
