All State Jurisdictions
Attorneys from other states may be eligible to apply our PA approved CLE credits towards their home state CLE requirements via reciprocity. Please check your state's CLE reciprocity rules to see if these courses are eligible.
Pennsylvania Attorneys
The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School is a Pennsylvania Accredited Provider of continuing legal education and will report all CLE credits for Pennsylvania attorneys within 30 days of course completion.
Delaware Attorneys
The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School is a Delaware Accredited Provider of continuing legal education and will report all CLE credits for Delaware attorneys within 30 days of course completion.
New York Attorneys
New York attorneys may claim CLE credit via reciprocity based on a 50-minute credit hour, as Pennsylvania is an approved reciprocity jurisdiction. New York attorneys are required to keep their attendance certificates for a period of four years. Attorneys will receive their attendance certificates via email within 30 days of course completion.
New Jersey Attorneys
New Jersey attorneys may claim CLE credit via reciprocity based on a 60-minute credit hour, as Pennsylvania is an approved reciprocity jurisdiction. New Jersey attorneys are required to keep their attendance certificates for a period of three years. Attorneys will receive their attendance certificates via email within 30 days of course completion.
Florida Attorneys
Florida Attorneys may claim CLE credit based on a 50-minute credit hour by submitting their attendance certificate to the Florida CLE board here. Attorneys will receive their attendance certificates via email within 30 days of course completion.
Illinois Attorneys
Illinois attorneys may claim CLE credit based on a 60-minute credit hour by submitting their attendance certificate to the Illinois CLE board here. Attorneys will receive their attendance certificates via email within 30 days of course completion.
Connecticut Attorneys
Connecticut attorneys may claim CLE credit based on a 60-minute credit hour. Connecticut does not have a CLE reporting requirement, but attorneys are required to keep their attendance certificates for a period of seven years. Attorneys will receive their attendance certificates via email within 30 days of course completion.
California Attorneys
The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School is an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the state of California. California attorneys may claim CLE credit for any Penn Carey Law Online CLE course, regardless of where they are located at the time of participation. Attendance certificates will be sent via email within 30 days of course completion.
