Join us for an in-depth discussion with Penn faculty about current and emerging issues in law and technology.
Penn Carey Law faculty will discuss recently decided and upcoming cases, newly enacted and pending legislation, and other changes to the legal landscape. Topics for discussion are also likely to include copyright issues in AI, the use of AI in the legal profession, deepfakes and digital replicas, ongoing antitrust and consumer protection litigation, and developments in the regulation of technology from around the world.
