AIL Series II- Session 5: Learning from the World

1.0 Ethics/DEI Credits

Session V concludes Series II with final thoughts on the benefits of advancing inclusive leadership among businesses. Our conversation with Vanessa Liu, former VP of SAP.iO addresses how diversity is about more than just race and gender, but also includes a variety of thoughts and experiences. Together these lead to business innovation. Our conversation is also joined by David Simas, CEO of the Obama Foundation, as he explores how he inspires a young generation of leadership, but also how career leadership evolves to include a deep exploration of self. David explains that the strongest leadership begins through the process of identifying blindspots.
