In our conversation with Michele Mayes, VP, General Counsel and Secretary for the NY Public Library, we focus on how institutions can create “sustainable change” via the systems and processes that they put in place. We also delve into the concept of how having willful awareness and an open mind to learning leads to a growth mindset that is critical to addressing diversity issues within the workspace.
